Many times, entrepreneurs struggle because they make a habit of learning and spend much less time implementing and doing the work.

The worksheet will allow you to follow along with the video training and do the exercises so you can walk away knowing what you truly stand for. We can then discuss it during out session.

Lastly, this training was done for a group of real estate agents, so there are times where we refer to the real estate industry. Rest assured, every lesson taught will directly apply to you and your business. Just replace “real estate” with your own industry.

Proverbs 19:1 – Better is a poor person who walks in his integrity than one who is crooked in speech and is a fool

Core values are your guiding light or the qualities that drive you and your business. Decisions and actions are based on your core values. Strategic planning and goal setting are solidified through core values. They are the building blocks that inspire action.

Without them however, there are no principles that help you navigate towards something bigger. Someone once said “If you don’t stand for anything, you’ll fall for everything”. Core values are those things you stand for.
